Collection Methods

CHOSEN Tickets collects your specific information and general, non-personal information both passively (gathering information you provide) and actively (through technologies such as cookies, web beacons, Google Analytics, etc., and through cooperation with partner businesses and third parties).

Invite a Friend
If you feel that our services could be useful for a third party you know (e.g. your friends or family members etc), you may use our referral service. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site.

Our members area also allows for the user to email third parties and to add friends to their network on the site. The site collects third party personal information such as name, email address and phone number.

Testimonials
We post customer testimonials on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information such as the customer’s name. We do obtain the customer’s consent prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial.

Widget
This site uses the “Share” widget where personal information is collected in the form of the invite-a-friend feature. This feature is used to send a one-time invite to the third party email address you entered through the widget. The personal information entered on this widget is subject to the privacy policy of this site.

B. Sharing Your information
We want you to understand when and with whom we may share personal or other information we have collected about you or your activities on our website or while using our services. Your information may be shared with our business partners and related companies. This may include partner businesses and third parties who provide services for our site. Promoters for events you have purchased tickets for may use your information to contact you, analyze their business practices, etc.

You may opt out of the sharing of your PII with third parties for promotional use by emailing help@CHOSENTickets.com or contacting Customer Service by sending a message to the Customer Service profile.

We may also share your information in response to any legal action CHOSEN Tickets, partner businesses or third parties may be engaged in. This includes response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, legal process or a request for cooperation from government or law enforcement or for our own fraud protection. We may also disclose information in the event of a large corporate transaction, such as a merger, sale or bankruptcy involving CHOSEN Tickets.

You may opt out of our email newsletters by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the newsletter.

Terms of Purchase

CHOSEN Tickets is a service that provides you with entry tickets to events. We do not operate or produce the events we ticket and cannot control unforeseen circumstances which may occur at events or surrounding events. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as this is a binding contract between yourself and CHOSEN Tickets. By signing, selecting or marking any options boxes associated with this site, and/or by completing a purchase transaction, you are agreeing to our terms of purchase. Please contact the producer of the event for their own terms of purchase, privacy policy and/or refund policy.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after an order has been made. Unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of CHOSEN Tickets will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following; local or national weather conditions and/or natural disasters, waiting in lines, and/or family and medical emergencies.

Promoters, venue owners, security and/or event staff all have the right to refuse entry or remove any ticket holder without a refund for any reason, including but not limited to; disorderly behavior, intoxication, mandated venue capacity being reached or exceeded, and/or breach of security restrictions. Ticket holder is aware that the venue and talent are subject to change. Ticket holder is aware that amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed by CHOSEN Tickets and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to; VIP amenities, backstage passes, gifts, express entry, special areas and/or access to celebrity guests.

Canceled Events

If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket. Service, shipping and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If the service fee is not listed, it may be embedded into the price of the ticket. To inquire about the amount of an embedded service fee, please contact customer support by clicking the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the website and use our online message system to send a message to Customer Support. Tickets purchased online are refunded through your credit card company. Tickets purchased at a retail outlet must be refunded at the retail outlet.

Postponed Events

If the event is postponed, you are eligible for a refund for the face value of the ticket, however you must submit an e-mail inquiry within five days of the originally scheduled event requesting a refund, and mail any hard tickets back to CHOSEN Tickets. The tickets must be received at the CHOSEN Tickets office five days before the newly scheduled event in order to receive a refund. Failure to do so will waive your right to a refund. Tickets purchased at a retail outlet must be refunded at the retail outlet.

Customer Inquiries

All customer support is handled by the CHOSEN Tickets online message system. Please contact customer support by clicking the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the website and use our online message system to send a message to Customer Support. All inquiries related to attended events must be made within five days following the event in order to receive a response.

Will Call

Will call tickets must be picked up at the venue unless otherwise noted. Tickets left at will call will not be refunded under any circumstances. Will call start and end times are subject to change and are not grounds for a refund. You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket, a valid state issued picture ID, and your “e-ticket” receipt. If you are unable to pick up your order because you do not have the aforementioned items in your possession at the time and place of pickup you will not receive a refund for this purchase.

Print-at-Home

Print-At-Home tickets must be presented at the event. To print out your ticket, please visit your account purchase history. You may also present your Print-At-Home ticket using a smart phone and visiting your account purchase history.

Shipping and Handling

The shipping and handling fee is nonrefundable. “Express” shipped tickets require a signature upon delivery and cannot be shipped to PO Box Addresses. All other shipping methods do not require a signature. Allow approximately 5 business days for delivery. Tickets will be delivered to the billing address of the credit card. Undeliverable addresses or mailed tickets returned unclaimed will not receive a refund. International shipping is not available.

Release of Liability

CHOSEN Tickets is not affiliated with the events or event sponsors. CHOSEN Tickets will not be liable for losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events, including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the events or event sponsors. By purchasing the tickets through CHOSEN Tickets, you hereby release and forever discharge CHOSEN Tickets, and its officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and/or participation at the events. It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of CHOSEN Tickets of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.
